Thank you for shopping with Wagley. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, standard delivery times are 10–14 business days within the United States. Total estimated delivery time from order placement to arrival is approximately 12–18 business days.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs added at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment, and tracking can occasionally show gaps between scans during transit. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

Carrier and Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers and handed off to USPS or another local carrier for final delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier or by Wagley.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Wagley is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at bluemarketinggrp@gmail.com. We can only update addresses if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Verify your shipping address
  • Contact your local postal carrier with the tracking number

Packages occasionally show as delivered before they physically arrive, so we recommend waiting 2–3 business days. If your package still cannot be located, email us at bluemarketinggrp@gmail.com and we will investigate within 14 business days.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bluemarketinggrp@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed or cancelled. To modify or cancel an order, email us immediately at bluemarketinggrp@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within our stated windows, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Address verification issues
